Processing Time

All orders at Hot Wear House are processed within 1–5 business days. Please note that we do not process or deliver shipments on weekends or holidays.

Every order is provided with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its journey from our store to your doorstep.

Shipping Time

Currently, we offer standard free shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days for all orders.

Please be aware that occasional delivery delays might occur due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen circumstances, carrier issues, customs procedures, or address inaccuracies. If you experience a delay, please contact our customer support team. We are dedicated to keeping you updated and assisting you throughout the process.

Order Cancellation and Modification

Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request order modifications or cancellations. If changes are needed, please promptly contact our customer support at support@hotwearhouse.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request within this timeframe. After the 24-hour period, orders may have already been processed and shipped, making it impossible to make any modifications. Hot Wear House does not take responsibility for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Thank you for your understanding.

Does Hot Wear House Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, Hot Wear House only ships within the UK. We do not offer international shipping services at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification. If you haven't received one, please contact us at support@hotwearhouse.com, and we will provide you with the tracking information. You can track your order using our tracking page.

Tracking Shows Order Was Delivered But Not Received?

If the tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members in case the package was delivered to them by mistake.
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email to ensure accuracy.
  3. Contact the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery status and request proof of non-delivery.
  4. Send us the proof of non-delivery so that we can promptly issue a refund for your order.
